Gift of Literacy: Telling Our Story Kickoff Event

Join us for the Gift of Literacy kickoff event on October 26th, 2022, from 6 to 8 pm at The Guild in Pawtucket. Volunteers, Book Donors, Supporters, and Community Partners will come together to enjoy small bites and connect about supporting children's literacy.  Your support of Books Are Wings 9th Annual Gift of Literacy Campaign will ensure that children across Rhode Island have access to books and reading. This upcoming fall and holiday season, you can make big difference in our little state, and support a child in building their personal library. This fundraising campaign includes opportunities for you to donate, volunteer your time reading, and give thousands of books to children. Children and families across Rhode Island need access to books, literacy activities, and resources. By supporting this campaign, you will make it possible for BAW to expand on our newest programs Read to 100 and Tale Mail.
