Dorothy M. O'Gara is a lifelong resident of Rhode Island, is past president of BAW, and has been active in community affairs in Pawtucket, Warren, and East Providence. She attended Rhode Island College and The American Institute of Banking, and was employed in accounting positions. Currently retired, Dorothy is an avid reader and enjoys working with children.
